The project is located in Kucukcekmece, and the project consists of three phases.
The project's total land area is 23.300 m², and the construction area for apartments and commercial units is 118 thousand m².
The first stage is completely sold out.
The second phase was built on a land area of ​​16,863 m2 and a building area of ​​87,312 m2.
It consists of 5 buildings, and contains 362 residential units and 9 commercial units equipped with the best services and facilities.
The project was designed in a very beautiful geometric way, where the apartments were designed with spacious balconies that add psychological comfort to the residents and provide different spaces for one type of apartments, which meets the customer's need, in addition to his interest in green spaces and water bodies.
The third phase is being built on a land area of ​​271 m2 and consists of 4 buildings containing 296 housing units and 11 commercial units equipped with the best services and facilities, and 70% of the project area is green spaces and beautiful water pools.

Why this project?

Kucukcekmece is located in the European side of Istanbul, a large area 23 km from the center of Istanbul from the west, on the European shore of the Sea of ​​Marmara, behind Ataturk Airport, and the population of the area is 600,000 people on an area of ​​118 square km.
The region is witnessing a great architectural development as housing complexes are being constructed due to the demand for housing in this region for several reasons, the most important of which is its proximity to Ataturk International Airport (formerly) and the new Istanbul Third Airport, and its view of Kucukcekmece Lake. Transportation is secured in this area to the various areas of Istanbul through the highway and the TEM and E5 roads.
